Redeem your online flex pass purchase:
After purchasing your online flex pass, you will see the option to add your shows( events). Select the shows & dates you want and you will then you will have the option to use you your flex pass ticket benefits or pay full price for the ticket.
Redeem your online flex pass purchase at a later date:
Proceed as though you were purchasing a ticket and then you will see a link that says "login for member benefits". Once you have logged in, (use your name of flex pass purchase id), you will then have the option to use your flex pass ticket benefit or to pay full price for your ticket.
